Sarah Ramsbacher: Artisans Reflection

This next week we are starting our service with Artisans, and I couldn’t be more excited. We have just finished one of our big fundraisers, the Charity Auction, which was a huge success thanks to the hard work of Emily and Tara, our new President and VP, and everyone else who was a part of putting it together. It was a fun event, and amazing to see how generous people are, and how hard work can go a long ways.

As one of the service chairs, I have been given the opportunity to set up service events every month along side another Seton and two Knights for our club to participate in. So far, it has been a fun process, and one that has already taught me to be more organized. The next step is now to be paired with an individual from Artisans that we will work with on a weekly basis. I am so excited to work with someone one on one, learning and growing throughout the process. I have never done anything like this before, and I am looking forward to trying something new and the challenges that come along with it. I cannot wait to see how rewarding this process will be.
